You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
Returns are free — when your request is approved, we arrange a pickup at no cost to you. You do not pay return shipping on an eligible return.
Most ready-to-wear pieces are eligible for return or exchange. Custom, altered, or intimate items are not eligible unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges are subject to size and colour availability at the time of your request. If your preferred size is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item, to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. See our Cancellation & Refund policy for full details on refund timing.
