Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time — this will be communicated at checkout where applicable.
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location; you'll see a delivery estimate for your pincode at checkout.
Free shipping applies to orders above ₹2,000. For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies, shown in your order summary before you pay.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp, and you can follow your parcel any time from your order tracking page.
Delivery availability depends on your pincode. If we can't deliver to your area, we'll let you know at checkout so nothing comes as a surprise.
