Who we are

The Kalindi Store storefront is operated by M/s SHEFFALI, trading as Kalindi Store("we", "us", "our"). Our business and contact details are listed at the end of this page.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from us.

Products, descriptions and pricing

We take care to describe fabric, fit, and finish accurately, but slight variations in colour and texture can occur between screens and the physical garment. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, offers, and product availability at any time before you place an order.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it and send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error is identified, the delivery address is not serviceable, or the order is flagged for review — and where payment was already made, we will refund it in full.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details on our servers. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, it is available only for eligible pincodes and order values, and any applicable COD handling fee is shown before you place the order.

Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds

Your account

You can browse and check out as a guest, or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate, current information so we can fulfil and communicate about your orders.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product photography, text, logos, and design — belongs to Kalindi Storeor its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, purchase for unauthorised resale, or use automated means to scrape or harvest data. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kalindi Store is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana, India, without prejudice to any consumer-protection remedies available to you at your place of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Please check back periodically.
